I am 2nd generation home builder in El Dorado County, California. I have had a passion for construction ever since I could remember. I spent my summers working with my dad, Gary Brooks of Brooks Homes as well as other contractors. I graduated from CSU, Chico with a degree in Construction Management and I obtained my Contractors License in 2010. I spent my first years in business remodeling homes and in 2013 my dad and I began building spec homes together. In 2017 my dad retired and enjoys being a grandpa. I am now building custom & spec homes. I specialize in building homes in the foothills where the terrain varies greatly. Every project has different design parameters, costs associated with it and important details that need to be addressed to insure the home is not only beautiful but is structurally sound. I take great pride in my work and love working with many other small local businesses. I have developed good working relationships with the engineers, subcontractors and vendors. I work diligently and hands-on through each stage of construction to ensure quality. You will see the difference and I will not let you down.
